We would like to give Adam a Five Star rating for the work that he did to get us a home. From the time we got introduced to Adam, he literally held uds by the hand and walked us to our new home. He emailed what was in the market and what fitted the description of our home needs. On several occasions he came for us from each of the two locations where we lived ((325 N 13th St and 655 N. Broad St) and took us to view several properties. He helped us make an offers for condos in line with our needs. He guided us on amounts to include in the offers . He guided us in signing the the buy and sell agreement for the 1001 City Av #WA308 (our current home). When the seller accepted our offer, Adam again guided us in identifying a professional inspection of the condo. The recommendations from the inspection report made the seller give us a $3,000 credit, reducing our offer of $235,000 by $3,000.00.
